Host, Comedian, Author, Actress and many more Sherri Shepherd was on Jay Leno promoting her newest movie, One for the Money. The movie was a novel written by Janet Evanovich. In the movie Katherine Heigl, plays the main character Stepahanie Plum who is looking for a job through her cousin. He is a Bail Bondsman, for him she starts to apprehend people who skipped out on bail. Sherri plays a prostitute named Lula, who is giving her information. The film looks to be a great comedy/love story..Everyone make sure you go see it!

Well if you don’t follow me on Twitter you might not know I am in a very heavy battle to lose weight. At my highest I was 195 pounds, today I weigh about 165 and am toning and defining my look with my Trainer. My ideal weight is 150 but I am hoping to really be a size 6, whatever comes first. One one my favorite songs that make me get in a mood to drop the pounds is by Miami rapper Billy Blue.

So Deion Sanders called into my favorite morning show K104FM Morning Show with my favorite ladies Lady Jade and DeeDee. He told them that Pilar’s lawyer fabricated or embellished about her wanting to get back together. He goes on state that, Deiondra was just defending him, but she should have took a higher route. Yall just have to be the judge of it, give it a listen!

Zeralyn’s thoughts: This is some real made for TV type of drama. If they make a Lifetime or low budget BET movie can I play the ghetto mail lady. It’s been rumors of him cheating, it’s been rumors of her cheating. Who Cares?! Why can’t this just be a simple procedure like getting your back popped? If they both are cool with one another, and they both want a damn divorce, go get one. All these, TMZ and MTO reports are making me want to stay out of the marriage license office…

If God is the center of their life, give it to him and move on. I’m tired!

Wale, oh how I love his music and hate his sensitive tweets. Some people really should learn, less is more and just hush LOL. Maybe I just don’t get his passion on Twitter, more thank likely because, I think Twitter is a toy used to make me laugh. I could care less what you other people think of it or do with it.

In case you don’t follow me on Twitter, I think Red Cafe is sooooo sexy! Hi Red Cafe LOL. This video is rather nice, I love the styling throughout too. The girl who plays his boo in this video is too fine…I would have loved for it to have been a black girl but maybe the black within Rick Ross caused a black overload. But hey maybe it’s because I think Red Cafe is fine and with me seeing him in a video with me girl not me makes me feel sad.
